Book Review - Clallam Bay

Title: Clallam BayAuthor: L.C. MorganRelease Date: May 1, 2016

Review:
***I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.***
Although this book is the second in the "A Fresh Start Series", it does not have to be read in order and is a stand alone book.  Collin was Hailey's next door neighbor and intrigued her.  She didn't know why, but he did.  He would leave for weeks at a time, that's what fishermen did.  Their relationship grew and things started to change.  But, was that really what Hailey wanted?  Was she really enough for him?

This was a different kind of book for me, in a great way!  It wasn't your normal love story set in the city with a billionaire.  They lived removed from the city, he is a fisherman, she is a school teacher.  You can't get much more common than that.  This is a book for the common person, and I think that is what resonated so much with me.  The letters that he wrote were so thoughtful and meant so much, no matter how little he wrote.  Misunderstandings occur, family introductions, missed feelings.  This was a well written book that hits on all of the emotions.  I look forward to more books from L.C. Morgan!
