Book Review - London Loves

London Loves by Theresa Troutman

4 out of 5 Stars

Note: I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

London Loves is the final book in the Love's Great Adventure Series by Theresa Troutman.  Although I was not too impressed by the second book in the series, this book got me.  The true love of Sebastian and Tess is more than evident in their actions towards each other as well as Sebastian's adamant defense of his wife and child.  It was nice to read a book where one spouse was not cheating on another and you could feel the love coming from both.  They both make sacrifices for each other.  Not to the point of losing themselves, but for the benefit of their family.  It is a touching story and was well worth the read.

Theresa Troutman did a fabulous job of closing up the story.  Although there were still some rather sad moments, it is a rather uplifting story of love and loyalty.   There are still a few questions I have, but those are just openings for the possibility of another book, or possibly another series????

In a world where there is so much hate, disloyalty, and uncertainty in relationships - it was nice to read a book where the happy moments win out over the sad.  Where love wins out over hate.  And where, although not everyone gets their happily ever after, a family comes together in the end.

I would suggest this book for anyone who wants an uplifting, easy read that leaves you with a feeling of hope and yearning for the fulfillment of love.

Summary from Goodreads:

“You never know what the future holds.”

Tess Hamilton Irons is excited about her new job prospect overseas. Her husband Sebastian has second thoughts. He acquiesces to his wife so she can have her dream job in his hometown of London, a city brimming with excitement and adventure at every turn—not all of it good.
Lady Lily Irons’ menacing persona looms large as Sebastian vows to protect his family at all costs. With the help of an unexpected ally, Sebastian begins a search for the father he never knew.
In a split second, the life they know is blown to bits and Sebastian is forced to pick up the pieces. Can he reclaim the life he loved or is the inevitable change a good thing?
Friendship, love, lust, tragedy, and triumph combine in the thrilling conclusion to the Love’s Great Adventure series.
